Dear Parent

Gymnastics is a beautiful and fun sport which develops physical skills, coordination and self-confidence in an individual. We want your gymnast to have an exceptionally rewarding experience at RGA. We ask that the gymnast be prepared for their lessons by arriving about 10 minutes early for class.

WHAT TO WEAR: Girls must wear a leotard (no tights with feet) and any long hair securely fastened in plain braided bands. Boys wear shorts and shirts without zippers. Cotton socks are okay, but most gymnast go barefoot on the foam and carpeted floor. Please no oversized sweatshirts and shirts. They look great but are a safety hindrance. NO JEWELRY!

INSURANCE/REGISTRATION FEE: Each student is expected to pay a once a year nonrefundable $35.00 liability insurance/registration fee due at registration time.

MAKE-UP POLICY: To derive the greatest benefit from the RGA program, all gymnasts should plan to attend every class. If you have to miss a class, it must be made up in the last week of each session. NO other time will be offered. Only 1 make-up class for each 9-week session. If there are special circumstances, please contact the School Director.

WITHDRAWAL: Anyone wishing to withdraw from their Agreement must send it in writing. Withdrawal approval is subject to the School Director Only! No action will be taken until a withdrawal form is received.

PARENTS VIEWING: In order to provide the best learning opportunity for your gymnast, we ask the PARENTS ONLY plan to view their children's progress during the 8th week of the first Session. We will post the dates in advance. As always, you can view your child anytime through the viewing windows. We do have available 2 waiting lounges with Cable TV,
and a play area for children.

PAYMENT POLICY: Yearly Plan students are billed on the 20th of the month and payment is due on the 1st of the month. All Session students must pay in full before attending class. Any outstanding monies due will be subject to a $15.00 late fee which is added on the 5th of the month for each and every month the account is overdue. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks for any reason. RGA does accept MASTER CARD, VISA & DISCOVER. If you desire we can directly charge your account each month.

PARKING LOT: Please use the driveway between the church and RGA as an entrance. Exit using the driveway between the homes and RGA. For safety reasons, all gymnasts are asked to wait inside for their ride. Please use caution with children running between the cars or upon entering/exiting the parking lot. Do NOT block the fire lanes. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please refrain from loud noises, honking of horns, etc...
