PlayGym is a wonderful, warm experience for Mom, Dad or Grandparents with their 1-3 year olds to enjoy a real learning experience that will give the child self confidence, coordination and further develop the motor skills...  Each week your child will explore activities to encourage physical and mental development geare to his or her age, ability and attention span.

PlayGym is a very popular program.  Children are thoroughly delighted to come into the gym.

Join coach Annemarie on Saturdays from 12:30p.m. to 2:30p.m. for cheer / tumbling class!   In the summer classes are held on Saturday & Sunday - 10:00-12:00,  Focusing on conditioning, endurance training, and the tumbling aspect of cheerleading.  Cost is $30.00 per session, but no commitment,  drop in only.

RGA's Jr. Gym program allows students flexibility in growing to their own ability. Classes are formed with all the same age group children. They will be grouped 6 or 7 to an instructor for 3 & 4 year olds and 7 to an instructor for 5 year olds...

Jr. Gym groups will follow the same regular class format,: warmup, apparatus work, cool down.

RGA offers 36 weeks of gymnastics instruction from mid-September to mid-June, plus summer programs and camps. A student can either sign up for a 9 week Session or for the full 36 weeks (Yearly Enrollment).  Gymnasts receive one or more hours per week of instruction in an appropriate student /teacher ratio.

Each gymnast is grouped by age and ability...a group re-evaluation for proper placement is performaned by an instructor in the first class attended.  Returning gymnast will be placed in classes according to "Star" levels achieved.  Gymnast register for the time and day desired for their levels or placed on a waiting list for the next available class.

Boys Power Tumbling is a natural progression for boys coming from our Junior Gymnast program or who are just learning about the benefits of gymnastics.

Gymnastics is the basis of all Sports.  The boys in this age group will enjoy the physical advantage of learning strong body co-ordination and acquiring new skills while learning***
